These terms and conditions govern the use of JokersRevenge Casino (“the Casino,” “we,” “us”). By registering an account, a player confirms acceptance of the terms below in full. Anyone who does not agree with any part of these terms should not create an account or use the services offered here.

1. Eligibility

• Players must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household and IP address. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated winnings voided.
• It is the player’s sole responsibility to confirm that online gambling is legal in their country or region of residence before registering.

2. Account Registration and Security

Players must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth and a valid email address. The Casino reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to contain false or misleading information at any stage.

Account credentials are the player’s sole responsibility. JokersRevenge is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by a player sharing login details or failing to secure their device.

3. Welcome Bonus and Promotions

• The welcome bonus awards a 150% match up to €1500 on a player’s first qualifying deposit of at least €20.
• The bonus amount carries a 35x wagering requirement before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Slot games contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; table games contribute 10%; live dealer games do not contribute.
• A maximum bet of €5 per spin or hand applies while a bonus balance remains active. Bets exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus funds not fully wagered within 30 days of activation will expire and be removed from the account.
• The Casino reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided where practical.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to using contradictory betting patterns across linked accounts to lock in profit regardless of outcome, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are processed instantly for most e-wallet and card methods. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may take between a few hours and seven business days depending on the method chosen, as detailed on the Payments section of the homepage.

The Casino reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify identity, source of funds, or payment ownership before releasing a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be paid back to the original deposit method up to the amount deposited, with any additional winnings paid via an alternative method agreed with support.

5. Fair Play and Game Integrity

All games offered on JokersRevenge use certified random number generators, independently tested and audited by recognised testing laboratories. Any player found exploiting a software error, bug or malfunction to gain unfair advantage will have related winnings voided and may face account closure.

In the event of a disconnection during active gameplay, the game round will resolve based on the game server’s recorded outcome, not the state visible on the player’s device at the time of disconnection.

6. Responsible Gaming

Players may request deposit limits, session time-outs, or full self-exclusion through account settings or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods, once confirmed, cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. 7. Account Closure and Suspension

The Casino reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or violation of these terms, pending investigation. Funds held in an account closed for verified fraudulent activity may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support, subject to the resolution of any pending bonus wagering or withdrawal requests already in progress.

8. Limitation of Liability

JokersRevenge is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events outside the Casino’s reasonable control.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect regulatory changes, new promotions, or operational updates. Continued use of the account after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes affecting bonus terms already in progress will not apply retroactively to bonuses already activated.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Casino’s operating licence is issued. Any disputes not resolved through the Casino’s internal complaints process may be referred to the licensing authority’s independent dispute resolution service.

11. Complaints Procedure

Players with an unresolved concern should first contact support through live chat or email, as outlined on the Support page. If the initial response does not resolve the matter, the complaint is escalated to a senior specialist who reviews the full account history before issuing a written response within a reasonable timeframe. Complaints that remain unresolved after the internal process may be referred to the independent dispute resolution service tied to the Casino’s operating licence, free of charge to the player.

12. Severability

Should any individual clause within these terms be found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that clause will be considered severable, and the remainder of the terms will continue in full force and effect. No failure by the Casino to enforce any provision of these terms constitutes a waiver of its right to enforce that provision at a later time.
